The visual inspection of your cylinders includes:
For hydraulic cylinders
- Check the operation of the cylinders
- Lubricate, clean, and adjust the necessary parts
- Clean the superstructure
- Check the oil levels, pistons, and all accessories
- Provide a written report
- Display compliance decals once all necessary repairs have been completed
For above-ground cylinders
- Complete visual inspection of the cylinder
- Inspection of cables, locking system, power unit, and all accessories
- Lubrication and adjustment of all necessary parts
- Tighten the anchor bolts and check the electrical connections
- Provide a written report
- Display compliance decals once all necessary repairs have been completed
