Annually, our qualified technicians perform inspections of your hoists and compressors to ensure that they are in safe and proper working order. Our inspections are recognized by the CSST as meeting their standards of safety. Contact us to book your yearly inspection.
Inspections of lifts includes:
For Hydraulic lifts / In Ground:
- Lubricate and do all necessary adjustments
- Check locking mechanism and operation of lift
- Clean superstructure
- Check oil levels, piston, and all accessories. Check for any visual oil/ air leaks
- Stick conformity sticker once all repairs are completed
For Above Ground lifts:
- Check cables, chains, pulleys and rollers
- Check locking mechanisms in column and pivot arms
- Check power unit and electrical connections
- Lubricate and do all necessary adjustments
- Check for any visual leaks (air / oil)
- Check and tighten anchor bolts
- Stick conformity sticker once all repairs are completed
